It is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys both operational execution and cross-functional collaboration. \n

Support system-related activities including user setup, maintenance, testing, and process improvements within financial systems. Provide backup support for other accounting coordinators to ensure continuity of operations. Assist in training new team members and maintaining up-to-date procedure documentation for accounting processes. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and supporting process enhancements. Requirements: College diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally within a high-volume or project-based environment. Strong experience with accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end processes, and financial transaction processing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and analyze financial reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. Experience working with financial systems and supporting system testing or user maintenance is an asset. A proactive mindset with a willingness to question processes and drive operational efficiency. Benefits: Competitive salary range ($47,500 – $79,000 annually) plus bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, and related coverage) Opportunities to work in a structured, project-based accounting environment Exposure to cross-functional financial operations and project finance activities Support for professional development and on-the-job training Inclusive workplace with accommodations available for applicants with disabilities upon request Opportunities to contribute to process improvement and financial system optimization.
