Service Support Specialist
Reports to: Service Manager

As Service Support Specialist at Lexus of Royal Oak, you will play a key role in supporting our service guests throughout their experience, both in person and behind the scenes. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will welcome guests into the service drive thru, confirm appointment details, and direct them to the appropriate team members. You will also support service operations through appointment booking, claims coordination, and communication with guests and internal teams.
You will help ensure a seamless, efficient, and well-communicated experience from arrival through to service completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guests entering the service drive thru in a friendly, professional manner

Confirm appointments and capture key vehicle and guest information
-
Direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor or department
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive thru and parking area
-
Anticipate guest needs and contribute to a seamless experience
-
Coordinate and schedule shuttle services and valet support
-
Drive guests to and from their desired destinations as required
-
Manage loaner vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready
-
Organize daily transportation logistics and schedules
-
Coordinate service appointments across phone, text, and email, ensuring accuracy and a seamless booking experience
-
Support the preparation and tracking of claims by gathering required information, communicating with guests, and ensuring timely follow-up

Perform administrative tasks as required

Other duties as requested by Management
What You Bring:
-
1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
-
Previous administrative or automotive service experience is an asset
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-
Confident, personable, and professional in all guest interactions
-
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
-
Proficient with computers and communication platforms
-
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
