This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and strategic guidance on AccuTrade products. The position involves driving customer retention and growth through performance reviews, issue resolution, and aligning solutions with client business goals. About This Role
- Develop and implement strategies with the sales representative to retain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
- Schedule monthly performance reviews with existing clients. Analyze using Cars Commerce dealer performance reports, dashboards and benchmarks.
- Manage complaints on AccuTrade products and follow up with customers.
- Participate in the Cars Commerce escalation process for AccuTrade products when customers feel/need to get a support request prioritized or when they feel SLA is not met.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering AccuTrade service that align with their business implementation.
- Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the AccuTrade customer engagement with the product.
- Understand the competition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Develop strategic plans to promote AccuTrade service, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Nurture prospects and facilitate the proposal process.
- Participate in AccuTrade delivery.
- Update sales CRM every day, participate in a weekly session with the sales director and participate in AccuTrade product sessions.
ABOUT YOU: key qualifications / “must-haves” here.
- 5+ years in media and industry relations with strong existing relationships within the automotive category with proven success in managing industry relations working with executive leadership teams
- Experience in direct sales within the automotive industry
- Proven experience in managing major accounts
- Previous experience as a sales representative or in a sales management position.
- In-depth knowledge of current automotive business buy and sales processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective product demonstrations.
- Proven closing skills and objection handling.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend auto shows or any events..
Preferred: list of key qualifications that are “nice to haves” if applicable.
- 5+ Years Automotive industry expertise
- Bilingual: French/English
- Established OEM relationships
- Hands-on experience in used vehicle acquisition
- Website & Trade-in funnel optimization
- Bridge between Digital & Physical sales channels
- Market pricing intelligence analytics
- Change management & adoption strategy
- Ability to use CRM & Google suite
- Competence in using data analysis reports to spot AccuTrade trends and optimize performance of dealerships

Responsabilités Principales

- Comprendre la concurrence.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients grâce à une communication régulière et un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
- Développer des plans stratégiques pour promouvoir les services AccuTrade, accroître la part de marché et atteindre les objectifs de ventes.
- Développer les prospects et faciliter le processus de proposition.
- Participer à la livraison des solutions AccuTrade.
- Mettre à jour le CRM des ventes quotidiennement, participer à une rencontre hebdomadaire avec le directeur des ventes et assister aux sessions produit AccuTrade.
Profil recherché : qualifications essentielles
- 5+ ans d’expérience en relations médias et industrielles, avec un solide réseau de contacts dans le secteur automobile et des réussites éprouvées en gestion des relations avec l’industrie et la haute direction.
- Expérience en vente directe dans l’industrie automobile.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de comptes majeurs.
- Expérience antérieure en tant que représentant des ventes ou gestionnaire des ventes.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus actuels d’achat et de vente dans l’automobile.
- Capacité à travailler de manière transversale et à aligner les équipes vers des objectifs communs.
- Aptitude à développer et maintenir des relations clients à long terme.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation pour des démonstrations de produits efficaces.
- Habileté confirmée à conclure des ventes et à gérer les objections.
- Excellente gestion du temps et capacité à prioriser les tâches.
- Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite vierge.
- Disponibilité pour voyager selon les besoins afin de rencontrer des clients ou participer à des salons automobiles et événements.
