En tant que Coordinateur(trice) en données de marché, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et la validation des informations de marché au sein de notre plateforme. Vos responsabilités incluront la collecte et la mise à jour des disponibilités sur le marché, la verification et la recherche des données transactionnelles. Vous collaborerez également avec nos sources internes et externes pour assurer l’intégrité des données et optimiser les processus quotidiens de collecte d’informations.

Vos responsabilités

  • Rechercher et mettre à jour les disponibilités dans notre base de données avec précision et efficacité.
  • Examiner et vérifier les informations transactionnelles de Colliers à partir de "Our Deals" pour garantir l’exactitude des données.
  • Effectuer des recherches proactives et collecter des comparables de marché pour les baux et les ventes, en collaboration avec Colliers et des conseillers externes.
  • Travailler avec les agents commerciaux, les propriétaires et d’autres intervenants pour collecter et mettre à jour les données pertinentes selon les délais établis (SLA).
  • Assister et participer activement aux réunions commerciales, en veillant à la documentation précise des informations discutées dans notre plateforme.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme universitaire et/ou certificat dans un domaine connexe, démontrant votre engagement envers le développement professionnel.
  • Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans un poste similaire dans l’industrie de l’immobilier, mettant en avant votre expertise.
  • Expérience variée dans la gestion de données et les politiques associées, attestant de votre maîtrise du domaine.
  • Capacité à offrir un excellent service aux clients internes et aux partenaires externes, garantissant satisfaction et collaboration.

About You

As a Market Data Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and validating market information within our platform. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and updating listing availability information, verifying transactional data, and proactively researching market comparables. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity initiatives and optimize daily data collection processes.

In this role, you will…

  • Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency.
  • Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy.
  • Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.
  • Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform.

What you'll bring

  • Degree and/or diploma in a related field, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience, ideally in a similar role within the real estate industry, showcasing your expertise.
  • Broad range of experience with data management programs and policies, highlighting your proficiency.
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.
