Coordonnateur(-trice) des services aux membres, réception Centre de réadaptation Neuro-Efficacité (N-EFF), Ville Mont-Royal. Poste sur place, à temps plein.
À propos de nous Le centre N-EFF est le cœur de la Fondation Neuro-Efficacité. Nos membres y poursuivent leur réadaptation neurologique, que ce soit après l'hôpital ou pour vivre au mieux avec une condition à long terme: physiothérapie, entraînement adapté, soutien aux familles. Notre mission est d'offrir des services de réadaptation accessibles aux personnes et aux familles touchées par une lésion neurologique, tout en favorisant l'autonomie, la participation sociale et la qualité de vie.
À propos du poste Nous cherchons une personne pour tenir la réception et coordonner les services aux membres. Vous serez le premier visage que nos membres voient en arrivant, et l'équipe ici connaît chaque membre par son nom.
Votre quotidien Accueillir les membres et les visiteurs, et aider ceux qui en ont besoin à entrer et à sortir du centre Répondre aux appels, aux courriels et aux demandes d'information Gérer les rendez-vous dans GoRendezvous (réservations, confirmations, modifications, annulations) Traiter les paiements et émettre les reçus d'assurance et de la SAAQ Inscrire les nouveaux membres et tenir les dossiers à jour Assurer la coordination avec les physiothérapeutes et l'équipe clinique Recevoir, trier et distribuer le courrier et les livraisons Garder la réception et les espaces communs propres et accueillants Soutenir l'équipe dans certaines tâches administratives (classement, saisie de données), sous la direction du directeur clinique et de la gestionnaire de bureau
Ce qu'il vous faut Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais) Aisance avec les personnes en situation de handicap Sens de l'organisation, souci du détail et fiabilité Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (suite Office, logiciels de gestion) Discrétion dans le traitement d'informations confidentielles Ponctualité fiable pour l'ouverture à 8 h 30
Atouts Connaissance de GoRendezvous ou d'un logiciel de prise de rendez-vous similaire Intérêt pour l'utilisation d'outils d'intelligence artificielle dans les tâches administratives Aisance avec Instagram et Facebook: publication de stories, partage de reels, captation de photos et de courtes vidéos sur place
Conditions Temps plein, poste sur place, 35 heures par semaine Lundi au vendredi, 8 h 30 à 16 h Sur place, secteur Royalmount (Ville Mont-Royal) 22 $ à 25 $ l'heure, selon les qualifications

About us The N-EFF centre is the heart of the Neuro-Efficiency Foundation. Our members continue their neurological rehabilitation here, whether after hospital discharge or while managing a long-term condition: physiotherapy, adapted training, family support. Our mission is to deliver accessible rehabilitation for individuals and families living with neurological injury while promoting independence, social participation, and quality of life.
About the role We're looking for someone to run our front desk and coordinate member services. You'll be the first person our members see when they arrive, and our team knows every member by name.
Your day to day Welcome members and visitors, and help those who need it move in and out of the centre Answer calls, emails, and inquiries Manage appointments in GoRendezvous (bookings, confirmations, changes, cancellations) Process payments and issue insurance and SAAQ receipts Register new members and keep records current Coordinate with physiotherapists and the clinical team Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Keep the reception and common areas clean and welcoming Support the team with administrative tasks (filing, data entry) under the direction of the Clinical Director and Office Manager
What you'll need Fully bilingual (French and English) Comfortable working with people with disabilities Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable with standard office software (Office suite, management tools) Discretion when handling confidential information Dependable punctuality for the 8:30 a.m. opening
Assets Familiarity with GoRendezvous or similar booking software Interest in using AI tools for administrative tasks Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook: posting stories, sharing reels, capturing photos and short videos on site
Details Full-time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, onsite, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. On site, Royalmount area (Town of Mount Royal) $22 to $25 per hour, depending on qualifications

At Neuro-Efficiency Foundation or NEFF, our not-for-profit mission is to make athletic and recreational services, as well as support and educational programs, accessible and affordable to any individual with a spinal cord injury, also known as a SCI injury. Our doors are also open to those who are living with a tetraplegia injury or quadriplegia injury or any other neurological injury and to their families. Our hope is that they can all experience a sense of mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing, no matter their current circumstances.
