About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy and drive business growth. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage advanced analytics to improve customer engagement and loyalty. We value team members who take ownership of their work and deliver with precision. Success in this role means delivering actionable insights that improve customer retention and loyalty program performance.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze customer and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver performance analytics and insights for strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs.
  • Create compelling reports and visualizations that influence decision-making across the organization.
  • Apply statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, clustering, segmentation) to enhance insights.
  • Partner with data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
  • Support cross-functional teams with analytics expertise and storytelling.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Retail or banking industry experience is an asset.
  • Strong data skills: SQL, Python, SAS (certification is a plus).
  • Expertise data visualization and experience with BI tools.
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.
  • Proactive ownership of projects and ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Passion for data, technology, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with emerging technologies and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions.

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
