You as a Communications & Event Coordinator will:

• Plan and execute Inclusive Diversity events company-wide, managing all aspects from concept development to post-event evaluation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align event goals with the organization’s mission and values.

• Handle logistics including venue selection (in person or virtual), scheduling, catering, and technology setup.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.

• Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.

• Identify opportunities to innovate, enhancing the overall impact of each event.

• Support the Vice President of Inclusive Diversity as required

Is this the right role for you?

• Proven experience in event planning, particularly in DEI-focused initiatives.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Creative marketing expertise to effectively promote events.

• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
