About the role

At BRP, the M365 Transformation Manager will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools. This role is responsible for ensuring that BRP leverages the full potential of all M365 elements to drive business value, foster a modern work environment, and enhance employee experience, productivity and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge of the M365 platform, exceptional change management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead and oversee M365 projects, including migrations from legacy systems, new application rollouts, and platform enhancements.

Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and communication plans to educate employees on the benefits and usage of M365 applications.

Establish a network of M365 champions and a Center of Excellence (CoE) to foster an internal community of practice and promote best practices.

Develop and execute a comprehensive M365 transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives and digital strategy.

Conduct business and information analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using M365 tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.

Work with I&T and Cyber Security teams to define and enforce governance policies, security standards, and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies for the M365 environment.

Ensure that the M365 platform is secure, compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and aligned with the company's enterprise architecture.

Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

5 to 8 years managing and supporting an M365 environment with more than 5,000 knowledge workers.

Proficient and experienced in leading a diversly located M365 support teams and in delivering and providing I&T support services.

Demonstrated experience in managing a Microsoft echo system of tools and applications

Hands on technical experience and exposure to end-user and manufacturing computer environments.

Experienced in operating in a direct and matrix people management organization.

Passionate in delivering excellent customer service and the desire to build relationships with business partners.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experienced in dealing with all levels of employees in the organization, including senior leadership.

Passionate about recruiting, coaching, training, managing and mentoring employees.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required because of our globally located workforce and daily interface with leaders in countries that BRP operates in.
