About the Opportunity
Applications are now open for the Founding Ambassador Program for the inaugural Eldest Daughter Conference taking place in Toronto this October. This is an unpaid volunteer community leadership opportunity for individuals passionate about building connections, creating meaningful conversations, and supporting a movement focused on identity, responsibility, healing, and community among women. We are selecting 25 Founding Ambassadors to help introduce the conference to their communities and support the creation of an impactful attendee experience.
About the Role
As a Founding Ambassador, you will:
- Share conference updates and campaign materials within your network.
- Connect women who may benefit from attending.
- Participate in virtual ambassador meetings.
- Support community engagement activities before the conference.
- Assist with attendee experience and event-day activities.
Volunteer Recognition & Benefits
Ambassadors will receive:
- Complimentary conference registration upon fulfilling ambassador commitments.
- Recognition as part of the inaugural Founding Ambassador cohort.
- Certificate of appreciation and participation.
- Volunteer hours documentation where applicable.
- Networking opportunities with women, speakers, and community leaders.
- Behind-the-scenes involvement in launching the conference.
- Consideration for future B3 and Eldest Daughter Conference volunteer leadership opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for women who are: ✔ Passionate about community building. ✔ Strong communicators. ✔ Reliable and proactive. ✔ Interested in conversations around women's identity, healing, and empowerment. ✔ Able to contribute time between August and October 2026. You do not need a large social media following. What matters most is your willingness to build relationships and bring women together.
Application Process
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a virtual conversation where we will share expectations, onboarding details, and next steps. Only 25 Founding Ambassadors will be selected.

B3 (Broken, Bittered, Beautified) is a global women's healing and advocacy organization dedicated to helping women heal from trauma, break generational cycles, and restore their identity and purpose.
B3 was birthed from a vision centered on the reality that many women carry wounds they did not create, shaped by systems, experiences, and generational patterns that have impacted their ability to move freely into who they were created to become.
Through faith, community, and trauma-informed support, B3 creates spaces where women can move from brokenness and pain toward healing, restoration, and empowerment.
Our work focuses on:

Healing communities — creating safe spaces through Bible studies, support groups, prayer, and testimony where women can process their experiences and find belonging.

Trauma recovery — connecting women with professional resources, counselling partnerships, and therapy scholarship opportunities to make healing more accessible.

Advocacy and awareness — addressing hidden forms of abuse, generational trauma, cultural barriers, and the systems that prevent women from receiving support.

Research and education — developing resources, publications, and conversations that explore the intersection of trauma, faith, identity, and women's healing.

Women's empowerment — equipping restored women to become leaders, mentors, advocates, and cycle breakers for future generations.
B3 believes that healing is not only about recovering from what happened; it is about restoring movement, identity, confidence, and purpose.
We are building a global network of women, therapists, researchers, churches, organizations, and partners committed to creating environments where women are supported, valued, and restored.
