About the role
Key Responsibilities Support the execution and administration of private investment transactions, including maintaining transaction documentation and internal tracking processes Maintain investment-related records, portfolio reporting schedules, and transaction summaries Assist in the preparation and review of investment, corporate, and regulatory documentation Perform financial analysis, market research, and industry assessments to support investment decision-making Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, service providers, and regulatory contacts, as required Contribute to a variety of projects across investment, operational, and strategic initiatives Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external audiences Maintain client and investment records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and applicable regulations Monitor record-keeping requirements and assist with ongoing compliance and administrative processes Support process improvements and other ad hoc initiatives as needed Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, accounting, advisory, compliance, or a related professional environment Exposure to investment management, capital markets, or regulated financial institutions is considered an asset Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional correspondence and reports Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
