YOUR CHALLENGE

Responsible for data accuracy and collection of customer accounts while offering outstanding customer service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve customers in everything related to accounts receivable (send invoices, account reconciliation, manage disputed invoices);
• Negotiate and monitor payment arrangements with clients;
• Authorize orders on hold;
• Collect customer accounts;
• Provide accounts receivable support to inside customers;
• Deposit registration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• DEC in accounting (an asset);
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite Excel;
• Bilingual (French, English, both oral and written).
