YOUR CHALLENGE
Responsible for data accuracy and collection of customer accounts while offering outstanding customer service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve customers in everything related to accounts receivable (send invoices, account reconciliation, manage disputed invoices);
- Negotiate and monitor payment arrangements with clients;
- Authorize orders on hold;
- Collect customer accounts;
- Provide accounts receivable support to inside customers;
- Deposit registration.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC in accounting (an asset);
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite Excel;
- Bilingual (French, English, both oral and written).
