About the role
Reporting to the Shared Services Director, the incumbent participates in large-scale operations management projects by ensuring completion of all steps, from opportunity study development to the final review.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all major project-related activities assigned by management.
- Develop and communicate project plans and reports, and identify all risks.
- Plan the timeline, budget, and resources necessary to complete projects.
- Find innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
- Analyze internal customers' needs and make recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management, or any other related field.
- At least two years of project management experience.
- Leadership, great organizational skills, and rigour.
- Self-starter with priority management skills.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, in order to communicate with store staff located across the country.
- Positive attitude at work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- High-level proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
