About the role

The Sales & Leasing Administration Coordinator supports the execution of administrative processes across Marcon’s sales and leasing programs, with a focus on project launches and building closings. This role ensures accurate documentation, structured data management, and coordinated administrative support to enable consistent and efficient sales and leasing operations.

Working closely with the Sales & Leasing Enablement team and cross-functional stakeholders, the role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, supporting transaction processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple active projects. The position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys supporting high-volume, fast-paced operations.

The Opportunity
This is a contract opportunity to contribute to high-impact sales and leasing activities across a dynamic real estate portfolio. You will gain exposure to project launches, assignment processes, and closing coordination while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

The role offers the chance to build strong operational and administrative expertise within real estate sales and leasing, while contributing to structured, well-executed processes that directly support business outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or documentation-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation with accuracy and consistency
  • Experience with CRM or contract management systems (e.g., Avesdo, Yardi, Lasso) is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
