About the role
Account Supervisor
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Type: Full-time Reports to: Account Director
About Rogue380
Rogue380 is a creative agency built for momentum. We partner with ambitious brands to solve real business problems through smart strategy, sharp creative, and disciplined execution. Our work spans integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, video, and experiential — always grounded in clarity, collaboration, and outcomes. We’re growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives at the center of fast-moving work, strong client relationships, and cross-functional teams.
About the Role
As an Account Supervisor at Rogue380, you are the engine that keeps accounts running smoothly day to day. You own client communication, maintain project momentum, and ensure that great ideas make it to market on time, on scope, and with confidence. You’ll work closely with the Account Director, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Operations to translate client needs into clear direction, organized workflows, and actionable next steps. This role is ideal for someone who loves clarity, asks smart questions, anticipates issues early, and brings a calm, solutions-first mindset to everything they touch.
ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building trust through clear, timely, and thoughtful communication
- Lead weekly status calls and ongoing check-ins to align clients on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and next steps
- Triage incoming requests, clarify objectives, and convert loose or evolving inputs into clear actions for internal teams
- Proactively identify and flag risks related to scope, timing, resourcing, or feedback — and propose practical solutions before issues escalate
- Support the Account Director in maintaining strong senior-level relationships and overall client satisfaction
Project Leadership & Delivery Support
- Partner with internal teams to keep projects moving on time, on budget, and within agreed scope
- Translate approved strategies and creative briefs into clear deliverable plans and client-ready timelines
- Coordinate internal review cycles to ensure work is strategically sound, creatively strong, and presentation-ready before client delivery
- Manage feedback and revisions with precision: consolidate notes, confirm priorities, route to the right owners, and track completion
- Ensure approvals are documented and that key decisions, assumptions, and next steps are clearly captured and shared
Briefs, Scopes & Account Operations
- Support the development of briefs, proposals, and SOW inputs by gathering requirements, confirming deliverables, and aligning on timelines
- Track change requests and scope shifts, escalating early when work trends out of scope
- Assist with budget and resourcing oversight by monitoring hours, burn, and capacity, and flagging potential overruns
- Maintain clean, organized account documentation including status trackers, agendas, meeting notes, asset links, and decision logs
- Help streamline information flow across teams so nothing gets lost between meetings, emails, or tools
Account Growth & Value Creation
- Identify opportunities to add value for clients through new ideas, extensions, optimizations, or refinements
- Surface growth opportunities to the Account Director with clear rationale and next steps
- Support wrap-ups and reporting by compiling deliverable status, learnings, and campaign insights
- Contribute to a strong client experience that drives long-term partnerships, retention, and referrals
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate daily with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Operations to keep work moving efficiently and effectively
- Foster a calm, organized, solutions-first environment — especially during high-volume or fast-turn periods
- Bring clarity, focus, and follow-through to every project, helping teams do their best work
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, client services, or agency production support (creative agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills, including clear writing, confident client calls, and thoughtful follow-ups
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfort working with timelines, budgets, scope, and approval processes
- Strong judgment, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions early
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across strategy, creative, and production teams
Nice to Have
- Experience working within integrated agency teams
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across social, digital, video, brand, and experiential
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack
Working Style Expectations
- You value clarity and momentum — you don’t just track tasks, you help unblock them
- You are proactive without being chaotic: you escalate early and offer clear options
- You keep communication streamlined and focused so teams can spend more time on great work
- You care equally about client experience and internal team experience
If you’re someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and turning complexity into clarity, we’d love to hear from you.
