Expert Opportunity – Sales Leadership, Fintech and Financial Services ($110/hr, up to $2.2k/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sales leaders from fintech and financial services who can help train their latest language model on complex B2B sales workflows.
We're looking for Directors and VPs with significant experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, or corporate finance functions. You know how to navigate procurement in regulated industries, how to manage relationships with risk and compliance stakeholders alongside commercial ones, and how deals in financial services move differently from the rest of enterprise software.
You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core sales workflows: account planning for financial services clients, deal strategy for regulated buying environments, pipeline management, forecasting, and executive-level negotiation prep.
Compensation: $110/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2,200/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: March
Qualifications:
- Director or VP of Sales with significant experience in fintech, financial services, or selling into financial institutions
- Track record managing complex enterprise deals with compliance-driven procurement processes
- Strong written communication and ability to evaluate sales strategy critically
