Our client, a well-established independent insurance brokerage in Surrey, BC, is on the lookout for a motivated Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their collaborative team and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Benefits & Perks Competitive salary with commissions and an attractive end-of-year bonus ($50,000 - $70,000 range, commensurate with experience) Flexible work hours Health care spending account Career growth opportunities into commercial insurance roles Supportive environment committed to professional development Responsibilities Manage the renewal and retention of home, rental, tenant, and condo insurance policies Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and payments with precision Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through exceptional service Provide clear, tailored coverage solutions to meet client needs Cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize client satisfaction Maintain detailed client notes and complete administrative tasks accurately Stay informed on current insurance products, regulations, and industry standards Qualifications Minimum of two years experience in Personal Lines Insurance Fluency in Punjabi is nice to have Proficiency with Applied EPIC software is a nice to have Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and thrive as part of a team Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and accuracy Ready to ignite your career where it truly matters?
