Job Posting – Underground Project Coordinator
Position Title: Underground Project Coordinator Location: Underground Mosaic K3 Start Date: July 2026
Position Summary The Underground Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting underground project execution by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking materials, conducting audits, and assisting operational activities as required. This role works closely with Operations, Capital Projects, and Material Management teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities Complete and maintain daily shift reports and timesheets accurately and on time. Conduct and document beltline completion audits to verify work quality and project progress. Track materials removed from S25 inventory and transported to underground beltline projects. Coordinate with Capital Projects and Material Management teams to ensure accurate material tracking and inventory records. Assist with hauling activities and spotting duties when operational requirements and time permit. Support underground project activities and provide assistance with additional duties assigned by supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience working in underground mining operations preferred. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and track inventory movements. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments. Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices. 3 years plus of Underground experience Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Valid driver’s license Ability to work day and night shifts Valid underground supervisor ticket Valid first aid Supervisor training - leadership for safety excellence or equivalent Skills & Competencies Attention to detail Time management Problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and reporting systems) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Safety Participate in the following exercises Safety meetings Toolbox talks Site inspections
Working Conditions Underground work environment. May require occasional physical labor, including assisting with hauling and spotting activities. Must be able to comply with all site safety standards, procedures, and regulations. Note: The successful candidate will be expected to perform other duties as assigned to support operational and project requirements.
