RCC is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Membership Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting a vibrant member community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing details with care, and contributing to programs that make a real impact.
This posting is for an existing position within the organization, in accordance with Ontario job posting requirements.
About the Role
As the front-line contact for members, you’ll be responsible for ensuring an outstanding member experience, from handling inquiries and renewals to supporting engagement initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships. You’ll also have the chance to support committees, programs, and events while gaining valuable exposure to membership operations and professional development opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for members, responding to inquiries across phone, email, and online channels in both English and French. Manage the membership renewal process, including outreach, processing, tracking, and follow-up. Support member programs and committees, including preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and documenting minutes. Promote membership benefits and programs to drive engagement, retention, and acquisition. Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the CRM system, ensuring strong data integrity. Contribute to the development and delivery of new engagement opportunities that enhance member value.
WHAT YOU BRING
1-3 years of experience in a membership-based, client service, or customer success role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort working with CRM systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with frequent phone and data entry work. Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal) is required.
