Position #: 090652 Expected Start Date: June 10, 2026 Union: SGEU Facility: Carrot River Integrated Facility - Health Centre City/Town: Carrot River Department: Chronic Resident Unit Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 30, 2026 FTE: 0.75 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 336 hours per 12 weeks Relief: No Float: NoHours of work: Standard hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 12 $23.170 to $24.840 (3 step range) Travel Required: No Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)Competencies- Communication skills- Organizational skills- Interpersonal skills- Basic - Computer skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives- Subject to LOU #10 of SAHO/SGEU Collective Bargaining Agreement- If no qualified applicants unqualified applicants may be considered- Food Safe certificate, where required- Valid driver's license, where required- Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
