Job Summary
Bourgault Industries Ltd. is seeking a detailed-oriented and organized individual to join our team as aTooling Technicianon a 1-year temporary basis. This role has been created to support the growing workload within the team and to allow our designers to focus more of their time on core design responsibilities. The tooling department is currently managing a high volume of work. This position will play a key role in improving efficiency, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring critical administrative and technical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Process Engineering Change Requests (ECBs) related to tooling changes
- Scan parts and fixtures using 3D scanning equipment (MetraScan 3D)
- Manage 3D printing operations, including print scheduling and material handling
- Create and maintain Standard Work (work instruction) documentation
- Print and organize tasks and Manufacturing Orders (Mos)
- Support steel and inventory management for Warehouse 3
- Conduct closing reviews for completed tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical aptitude; experience with 3D scanning or 3D printing is an asset
- Experience with administrative processes in a manufacturing or tooling environment is preferred
- Computer Skills

Wage Range
$20.22 - $45.23 – Starting Wage is dependent on experience
