About the role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Authorize return of merchandise. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Dependability. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: To be determined.
