Role: Full Stack Developer (Angular & React)
Location: Toronto, ON
Experience Required: 5 years
Hybrid: 4 days work from office 1 day work from home
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular, React, and TypeScript to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable front-end components, implementing robust back-end services, and collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end components using Angular and React frameworks.
- Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components with HTML, JavaScript, SCSS, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers using Figma to translate designs into interactive, high-quality user experiences.
- Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Develop and integrate REST APIs to support front-end applications.
- Contribute to full-stack development with a strong focus on back-end systems and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to production.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Angular and React frameworks.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
- Hands-on experience with REST API development and integration.
- Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Experience in accessibility testing and best practices.
- Good knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- Understanding of software development life cycle, Git version control, and Agile methodologies.
- Banking experience is nice to have
