Position Details

The Director Investment Programs responsible for leading the strategic oversight, development and execution of investment programs and portfolios with a focus on model driven programs like iProfile and SMA. This role ensures alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and firm-wide investment philosophy. The Director will collaborate with internal stakeholders across investment management, distribution, compliance, and operations to deliver high-quality, customized portfolio solutions.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement in portfolio construction and performance. The Individual will work closely within the product and national sales to promote and increase program growth with IG Advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage investment programs (iProfile and SMA)
  • Enhance the advisory experience in iProfile (Non Discretionary and Discretionary)
  • Develop additional program capabilities and flexibility across all programs
  • Continuously work to improve operating scale
  • Support the promotion and growth of the programs
• Platform strategy & Innovation
  • Strategically advance all components of iprofile programs toward a single model driven program
  • Develop future investment models and products
  • Advancing the development of integrated investment solutions for HNW clients (Private assets, use of models and funds, etc)
• Investment Program oversight and governance
  • Ensure all programs are within corporate suitability framework
  • Within compliance of regulatory requirements
  • Building controls and mechanisms to adherence to investment targets
• Strategic initiatives
  • Lead and/or support strategic initiatives within the investment solutions team

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance) or CFA Charterholder preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio construction, or investment program. Relevant Investment Management Experience preferred.

• Qualifications : CFA, CIM, experience with project initiatives

• Strong understanding of capital markets, asset allocation, and portfolio management

• Experience with platform development or enhancements

The expected annual base salary range for this role is (122,000 - 164,000**)**, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
