Digital Marketing Analyst- Paid Media
Are you an analytically minded, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Digital Marketing Analyst responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of digital advertising campaigns. Working closely with the eCommerce, Creative Services, and Validation Marketing teams, the Digital Marketing Analyst contributes to building, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified traffic to GoodMorning.com’s websites and digital publications. This role supports campaign performance through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and structured experimentation. The Digital Marketing Analyst identifies opportunities for improvement and contributes ideas to drive performance, while ensuring campaigns are executed with quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Analyst at GoodMorning, you will contribute to digital advertising performance through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and structured experimentation. Working closely with the eCommerce, Creative Services, and Validation Marketing teams, the Digital Marketing Analyst contributes to building, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that drive qualified traffic to GoodMorning.com’s websites and digital publications. An analytically minded, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team player, you will develop world-class skills to contribute to profitable revenue growth for GoodMorning.

In this role, you will
- Supporting the build, launch, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google and Facebook
- Writing and iterating on clear, accurate advertising copy, with a focus on advertising performance metrics and brand alignment
- Collaborating with designers to test and improve creative assets (images, video, copy variations)
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics such as traffic, CAC, and conversion rates
- Assisting in analyzing performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting forecasting and traffic modelling with guidance
- Executing structured A/B tests based on defined hypotheses, and report on results
- Working with team members to deploy campaign updates and optimizations efficiently
- Helping maintain organized documentation and best practices for campaigns and workflows
- Identifying and escalating performance issues, risks, or anomalies in a timely manner
- Staying current with digital marketing tools, trends, and platform updates
Our ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field is an asset
Skills
- Excellent written communication in English, some copywriting experience is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data analysis to inform decisions
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools is an asset
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts (funnels, CAC, conversion rates, etc.)
- Superb attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently
- Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve performance
- Intermediate skills working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
