Duties
- Champion hospitality.
- Foster pride and passion.
- Provide exceptional service to all members and guests.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, remove dishes.
- Accurately record sales in P.O.S.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, bar, and kitchen.
- Prepare drinks, per orders.
- Assist with monthly bar inventory.
- Light cooking and food preparation may be required (making toast, coffee, serving soup).
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- 1 – 2 years serving experience.
- Banquet experience is considered an asset.
- Wine knowledge is considered an asset.
- Smart Serve Certification required PRIOR to starting the position.
