THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE…

Physical strength and stamina (it’s hard, outdoor work)

Ability to manage your own time efficiently (yeah, you have to adult without being supervised)
-
Problem solving & critical thinking skills (can you handle the unpredictable?)
-
Consistent, reliable transportation to our location (between Calgary and Okotoks)
-
Ability to master new skills (this is a steep learning curve; you’d have to keep up!)
IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD BE HELPING EXPERIENCED LANDSCPERS WITH:
Constructing patios, decks and fences and other hardscape structures
-
Installing softscape elements
-
Installing underground sprinkler systems
-
Participating in morning meetings with the crew to discuss the jobsite hazards.

Continually improving your skills in operating frequently used tools and equipment
-
Participating in the care, cleaning & organizing of jobsites, equipment, tools and trucks
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with outdoor physical labour
-
Basic knowledge of common hand and power tools
-
Year-round availability (yes, that’s winter snow removal)
