About The Position Hazelview is seeking a Technical Analyst, Enterprise Applications to join our Property Technology team, reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Applications. This role will focus on Yardi Voyager support and related property management applications, combining business analysis, application support, and technical solution delivery.

The successful candidate will provide escalated application support, gather and document business requirements, develop solutions, and help deliver technological initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data quality. This is a hands-on role for someone with both Yardi expertise with strong SQL and analytical skills who thrives in bridging the gap between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide escalated Yardi support (L2) to the firm (25-40% of the job), plus support of other property management business applications.
  • Support technology-based projects through requirement gathering, process documentation, user support, and change management.
  • Provide project management on smaller projects by building and managing timelines, communicating with project teams and stakeholders, and coordinating work.
  • Develop functional specifications and work closely with IT and stakeholders to build solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with vendors to manage system environments, manage security, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate testing on projects and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain user guides, manuals, or other related material.
  • Collaborate with business units to find opportunities for efficiencies

Job Requirements Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience providing Yardi Voyager support
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting, information systems, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of multifamily property management operations; knowledge of accounting processes is a strong differentiator.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL required; exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or report development (Yardi YSR/SSRS) is preferred.
  • Experience with implementation and/or support of other property management applications in the categories of leasing/prospect, tenant management, building management, etc. is a bonus.
  • Experience with Yardi modules such as Payscan, AB&F, Debt Manager, Construction Management, Investment Accounting
  • Experience working with Yardi client support
  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate a project
  • Extensive experience creating documentation for projects, users, and leadership.
  • Understanding of change management.
  • Previous experience as software or database developer is a big plus
