About the role

Job Description: HR Project Partners is currently accepting résumés for a project‑focused Bilingual Site Contract Manager role on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large‑scale construction contract management, strong capabilities in claims and dispute resolution, and solid knowledge of Québec regulatory requirements.

Key Deliverables Change order and variation logs Contractual letters and documentation Vendor performance reports Contract close‑out dossiers

Language requirement: Mandatory bilingual proficiency (French & English) Work location: Based in Longueuil, QC Contract duration: Contract position extending up to Q1 2028

Essential Job Functions: Manage post-award contracts ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions Coordinate change orders, amendments and variations with Procurement Manage claims and disputes Monitor vendor performance and contractual obligations Support post-award activities Review and validate invoices aligned with contract scope Structured review of contractual documents Compliance audits with contract terms Traceability of claims and correspondence Continuous improvement and lessons learned capture

Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in large construction project contract management Experience in claims and dispute resolution Knowledge of major contract types (lump sum, cost‑plus, etc.) Knowledge of Québec regulations relevant to construction and contracting Proficiency with SAP, including invoice validation and PO linkage Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, reporting) Experience with contract and document management tools Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Law preferred Fluency in both English and French — written and spoken
