JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Inside Sales and Service Coordinator – Newmarket, Ontario
REPORTS TO: National Sales Manager - Canada
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work remotely and in office and support customers nationally. Prepare reports on all relevant activities by effectively utilizing CRM – Customer Relationship Management Software Prepare reports, Sales orders, quotes and order confirmation and other documents by utilizing the company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – SAP Work in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers to track orders, communicate and coordinate with, and on behalf of customers Work closely with internals departments to meet customer expectations. (history, pricing, conditions, delivery, follow ups, etc.)
Schedule production for the manufacturing plant and adjust dates as required
Schedule and keep delivery calendar current for all product lines Schedule service calls for service technicians Input new parts and parts orders into SAP. Extend parts in SAP from other Interroll locations Input all orders for spare parts for all Interroll Solutions All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2-5 years experience in administration or related field.
Strong proficiency with SAP is a requirement
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook is a requirement. Post secondary education in Business or sales in an asset, but not required. Preside in the Greater Toronto Area with the ability to work on site in Newmarket Ontario 4 days per week. Must be a team player, flexible and able to cope with tight deadlines. Must be able to work within a matrix organization. Must be pragmatic and with a hands-on attitude. Possess the ability to develop strong relationships across the organization.
