We’re currently looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to grow their career with a company that rewards performance and invests in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and coach the Sales Team to achieve expectations, objectives, and goals
- Mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers, answer questions, and structure deals/payments
- Oversee Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork accuracy, funding, and factory receivables
- Champion the Pfaff sales model training of “One Price” and/or “One Touch” sales process, supporting Brand Ambassadors and performing “fly-bys” to build customer rapport
- Collaborate with leadership and contribute to dealership growth and success
Skills and Qualifications
- Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales
- Supervisory experience in sales is an asset
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- OMVIC Certification
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
