- Bachelor of Nursing Degree (A Nursing Diploma with significant clinical experience may be considered)
- Recent clinical experience of 2 years or more
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to educate adults including completion of student assessment and formative and summative assessments
- Ability to carry out formative and summative assessments
- Ability to manage conflict and exercise good judgment
- Effective leadership skills
- Proficient with emails, Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, and designated Learning Management System (UMLearn)
- Participates effectively in an interdisciplinary, team-environment
- Participates effectively Works well in an interdisciplinary, team-environment
- Able to work Manages independently with off-site supervision
- Life-long learner
- Promotes cultural safety and supports equity, diversity and inclusive learning and cultural safety in health care environments.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Current Nursing Certificate of Practice License (without conditions) with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
- Current CPR card
- Satisfactory Adult Abuse Registry Check
- Satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check
- Satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Persons Check
- Recent mask fit testing

0 to 40 hours per week / As directed by supervisor. Salary Range: $6,598.92 to $10,588.68 No. of days to fill: 91 days
