About the Role

As the AI Solutions Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our cloud services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, namely Sales, Product Development, Operations and Customer Support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Customer Interaction:

  • Support sales leaders and customers with technical experience, clear communications and understanding of customers’ requirements.
  • Meet with customers to discuss onboarding process, project requirements and scope.
  • Create customer solutions and designs to ensure feasibility and following industry best practices mapping to Denvr products and solutions.
  • Communicate modifications or challenges related to ongoing projects.
  • Provide cloud and software support and make recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Attend industry events to represent Denvr sales efforts.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Denvr’s business development executives and sales leaders to contribute to understanding of current and future technologies, customer needs, trends, and opportunities for Denvr to differentiate itself and prosper in the cloud services market.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams on customer priorities and requirements
  • Participate in software engineering planning, development, and testing.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations) to align engineering efforts with company goals.
  • Research and develop Agentic AI to improve Sales and Customer Experience processes.

Professional Development:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, attend workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Who You Are

Customer Focus:

  • A customer-centric approach to solutions engineering, with a focus on delivering value to customers.

Education and Experience:

  • Post secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+yrs experience with AI/ML solutions engineering or a related field, preferred.
  • Experience in software development, system design, or technical consulting is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and related services.
  • Understanding of AI development workflows including pre-training, fine-tuning and inference.
  • Experienced developing in Python and git.
  • Experienced with Linux and AI toolchains.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, databases, and other relevant technologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
  • Ability to embrace direction and vision and work effectively within that scope.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the industry and market trends related to AI workflows, tools, and infrastructure from Notebooks to multi-node LLM training.
  • Knowledge of competitors and their offerings.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Teamwork:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to design and innovate technical solutions & services for customer's requirements.
