We are looking to add an Ecommerce Supply Chain Specialist to join the Dream Team! Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for maintaining the Product Life Cycle in our Supply Chain systems from Manufacturer Communication all the way to Customer Service.

Job Type, Compensation, and Perks
- Full-Time
- Base Salary: $60k - $80k CAD
- Share Options

Your Responsibilities
- Manufacturer Communication: Lead our calls and all associated administration while you also travel across the world on a regular basis on our dime while you visit our manufacturers to check on inventory runs, ensure quality and maintain a healthy relationship.
- Logistics: Create, manage and monitor all of our shipments for timely and accurate delivery
- Inventory Management: Manage our 3PLs as they receive, store, pick pack, and handle our reverse logistics
- Customer Service: Handle and triage customer inquiries leading to the best possible brand experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of a combined 7 years of industry experience and education related to Ecommerce Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with Forecasting and Procurement
- Experience with Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Experience with Inventory Management
- Experience with Customer Service
- Experience supporting Month-End close
- Experience with IMS/ERP
- Experience managing 3rd party contractors
- Fluent in Mandarin
