About the role
The Role We're hiring a Business Operations Analyst to join our Montreal office. You'll partner with clinic leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into actions that drive growth. Day to day, you'll own two key areas: Analysis & Reporting: P&L analysis, performance diagnostics, ad-hoc deep dives, and KPI reporting - translating operational data into actionable opportunities. Process & Automation: Building and improving the systems that power our reporting - better data quality, faster turnaround, and more scalable processes. Within your first year, you'll be a trusted analytical partner to operators across the network. As you grow, you'll take on increasing ownership, with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clinics. Key Objectives: Analysis & Insights Analyze clinic-level P&Ls to identify key drivers of revenue, cost, and EBITDA performance Conduct ad-hoc analyses on operational changes, staffing decisions, and margin improvement initiatives Synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights for leadership and clinic operators Reporting & Systems Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting - improving data quality, coverage, and speed Planning & Collaboration Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for clinic operations and growth initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Central Operations, Marketing, and Clinic Operations to ensure aligned execution Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, transaction services, or business operations Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfort working with imperfect and evolving datasets Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver concise, actionable analysis Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with experience distilling complex analysis into clear presentations Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders Self-directed, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join CPP?
