The Area Contract Logistics Manager will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the contract logistics division. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships. How you create impact

Operational Management

Lead and optimize all client supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high‑quality service delivery. Oversee productivity, quality, and safety standards in alignment with company and customer requirements. Ensure operational excellence through KPI achievement, target setting, and a strong culture of Safety and Quality.

Leadership

Provide strategic direction, development, and coaching to leadership teams. Foster an innovative, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture. Hold leaders accountable for operational and financial results.

Financial Oversight

Manage full U.S. P&L, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Maximize client profitability across existing operations.

Strategic Growth

Drive organic account growth by identifying and implementing value‑add opportunities. Support acquisition of new business and new logos. Implement automation strategies for key clients and teams.

What we would like you to bring

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations. Demonstrated success with P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial performance management. Strong track record of achieving and improving KPI performance, quality, and safety standards. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including senior-level leaders. Background in client relationship management and supporting organic and new business growth. Experience implementing automation, process improvement, and technology-driven operational enhancements.
