We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accounting team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivable functions across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and collections
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain customer account records and documentation
- Coordinate daily revenue reporting and cash applications from all subsidiaries
- Communicate with customers regarding account inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting deadlines
- Support internal teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue tracking
- Perform general administrative and clerical accounting duties as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is recommended
- Minimum of 1–2 years of accounts receivable or related experience is an asset
- Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (in-office)
