Your Role You will play a crucial role by helping our merchants and internal customers with various administrative tasks:
- Process incoming mail quickly and accurately, ensuring it is delivered correctly.
- Help maintain customer files by updating information.
- Review requests from merchants and internal customers via an electronic request list and provide assistance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Help update customer information in the system.
- Review and provide support for customer email inquiries.
- Oversee the daily production of exception reports and make the necessary corrections (or assign the task).
- Update procedure documentation.
What You Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
- Fluency in English and French required to provide customer support across Canada.
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
