But breakthrough technology is only part of the story. To truly make an impact, we need to reach the right audiences, build a scalable pipeline, and ensure our sales teams are set up for success. That’s where you come in: creating the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine, from top-of-funnel strategy to lead generation and beyond.
We’re looking for a GTM Associate who thrives on process, experimentation, and results. You’ll design and manage the programs that fuel our growth, ensuring that our cutting-edge technology doesn’t just exist, but gets into the hands of those who need it most.
What You’ll Do
- Build & manage pipeline generation: Own the top-of-funnel process, sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, and creating repeatable frameworks for BD and outbound campaigns.
- Operationalize GTM motions: Design, implement, and continuously refine workflows for prospecting, outreach, and lead hand-off to AEs.
- Enable the sales team: Provide high-quality leads and market insights, ensuring the team is equipped to move deals forward effectively.
- Experiment & scale: Test different outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, events, partnerships) and track performance to double down on what works.
- Analytics & reporting: Build dashboards, track KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline growth, cost per lead), and provide leadership with actionable insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align messaging, identify target personas, and refine ideal customer profiles.
What You Bring
- Experience in business development, sales operations, GTM, or growth at a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong operational mindset: you love building processes, testing new ideas, and making things more efficient.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills: able to craft outreach that resonates and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Growth-oriented and ambitious: excited by ownership, responsibility, and making an outsized impact early in your career.
