Manufacturing Engineer – CNC / Process Improvement

A global engineering and manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC machining operations and drive process improvements at their Chatham-Kent facility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly on the shop floor, improving machining processes, and supporting CNC programming.
What You’ll Do:
- Improve CNC machining processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Support CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting
- Work with CNC lathes and vertical lathes
- Modify and optimize Fanuc CNC programs
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (CET considered)
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Experience with CNC lathes and Fanuc programming
- Ability to read engineering drawings and machining specs
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable working on the shop floor
