As an Account Associate supporting Foodservice industry clients, you will develop a consultative selling relationship with restaurant operators. You will grow business relationships, drive client satisfaction, and meet and/or exceed revenue goals by delivering insightful industry analyses to support clients in developing and executing against their strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including but not limited to, sharing analyses on specific topics, answering relevant client questions, training/educating clients to drive adoption, and usage of Circana’s strategic data sets, etc.
  • Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circana’s solutions.
  • Understand our clients’ organizations and their business strategies, objectives, and challenges.
  • Attend/present insights at client meetings.
  • Proactively search for meaningful trends within Circana’s proprietary data and share findings with both internal and external audiences.
  • Problem-solve and maintain relationships with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
  • Manage creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly ongoing “key insights” presentations and/or deliverables.

Requirements

  • University graduate with Bachelor’s degree.
  • Less than 2 years of prior experience in a role that utilizes data and analysis to add value to clients.
  • Experience in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word.
  • Experience with Circana data tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and strong orientation towards building client relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; Confident in presenting to groups.
  • Highly detail oriented – with commitment to total quality and data accuracy.
  • Toronto, ON based to easily go on-site at local clients as needed.

**Location:**This position can be located in the following area(s): Hybrid, Greater Toronto Area. Requirement to go to the client's office 1x per week.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 to $68,000.00 CAD.
