Start Date: Immediate Opening
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas—Real Estate, Estates, Wills & POA’s and Corporate Law—depending on your qualifications and experience. You will provide comprehensive support to all lawyers in the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with real estate transactions, including title searches and closing documentation
- Support estate planning and administration processes
- Coordinate corporate filings, minute books, and compliance documentation
- Maintain client files and manage deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize case materials
- Perform general administrative duties as needed Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively What We Offer
