About the Role:
We are seeking aMarketing Specialistto execute integrated marketing functions across our development projects, commercial leasing, and residential rental portfolios. This role requires a blend of tactical execution and project coordination to maintain brand consistency and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
-**Integrated Campaigns:**Support end-to-end campaigns for commercial leasing, residential rentals, and launches (positioning, messaging, briefs, media mix, timelines). -**Asset Creation:**Design collateral including one-pagers, plan sets, brochures, signage, email templates, and other marketing materials. -**Website Maintenance:**Manage day-to-day content updates to ensure fast, secure, and on-brand web experiences across all of Stober Group’s portfolio. -**Social & Content:**Assist in working with our social media agency, ensuring brand voice and visuals are consistent. -**Email/CRM:**Maintain customer journeys, automations, and segmented lists for prospects and tenants. Leverage HubSpot to send branded newsletters, tenant updates, and storytelling content that strengthens community and boosts retention and conversion. -**Digital Ad Coordination:**Coordinate with media buying partners to oversee paid search and social ad performance, ensuring alignment between ad copy and conversions. -**Events & Activations:**Assist in the delivery of tenant/resident activations, broker events, the Landmark After Hours series, grand openings, pop-ups, and other on-site experiences that build community and drive leasing. -**Photo & Video:**Curate a robust library of on-brand photography and videography. Coordinate with vendors for photo shoots, video production, and Matterport tours. -**Reporting:**Analyze campaign performance (KPIs) and track lead sources from digital ads through to HubSpot to optimize ROI. -**Market Intelligence:**Monitor regional market activity, competitor developments, and emerging industry trends. -**Communications Support:**Assist with timely, on-brand communications for issues management and resident/tenant updates when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
-**3 to 5 years’**progressive marketing experience. Background in real estate is an asset but not required.
- A proven track record of supporting integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- A strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—specifically InDesign and Illustrator—is a significant asset.
- Proficiency in WordPress, managing day-to-day website updates, including page builds, plugin/theme management, and basic troubleshooting is an asset.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- A proactive, professional communicator capable of building trust with leasing, development, property management, and executive teams, as well as external vendors and community partners.
