You will have experience leading teams in a fast-paced, technology development environment. You’ll work with system architecture and design, cloud and mobile development, privacy and/or cyber-security. We are an agile team that develops industry leading cloud and mobile technologies that help Canadian farmers digitize their farm records.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with internal partners on product needs analysis
- Lead product development lifecycle analysis
- Oversee documentation of requirements, specifications, work breakdown structures and time estimates
- Co-ordinate core programming, testing and documentation
- Maintain and enhance existing systems
- Coach and mentor a high-performing development team, including project charters, goal setting and performance management

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration and at least five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Solid understanding of agriculture business practices
