You Are:
We are seeking a highly effective Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the success of Digital Commerce programs, focusing on client relationships, planning/tracking, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background and experience managing programs that integrate strategy, design, and technology disciplines.
The Work:

Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, and large-scale commerce solutions in a client-facing role.

Build strong relationships with senior management and identify follow-on project opportunities.

Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile methodologies, focusing on milestones, resource planning (on-shore and off-shore), scope, budget, risk identification, and mitigation.

Manage day-to-day on-shore and off-shore project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee project ideation, gathering high-level business requirements, and translating them into detailed epics and stories.

Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and QA teams to deliver exceptional digital commerce solutions.

Support experience-led teams in developing strategic vision and creative UI/UX design.

Contribute to solution planning and platform migration strategies, including global rollouts.

Engage with client stakeholders to align on business justification, funding, scope, and timelines.

Drive the development of solution/program offerings, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools while growing team resources.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of experience with Agile SDLC, implementing large-scale web applications, commerce platforms, and solutions.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology solutions across various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience implementing comprehensive commerce suites such as Adobe, Salesforce, or Composable Commerce.
- 3+ years of experience delivering projects integrating functional capabilities such as:
- eCommerce
- Order Management/Fulfillment
- Customer Data Platforms
- Pricing and Loyalty
- Integration Platforms
- Journey Orchestration
- Marketing Automation
- Personalization/Recommendation
- Search/SEO
- Web Content Management
- Multi-device support (smartphone, tablet, desktop, console, set-top box)
- Digital Analytics
- Digital Asset Management
- Proven expertise in commerce design, implementation, and execution.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Bonus Points If:
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce applications (e.g., Hybris, Oracle/ATG, WebSphere Commerce), including conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying solutions.
- Familiarity with Composable architectures and solutions (e.g., CommerceTools, Contentful, Contentstack, Algolia).
- Experience with platforms like Adobe Commerce.
- Strong understanding of PCI/PII security and data privacy requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, including work plans, issue resolution, risk management, and team coordination.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage client accounts and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Consulting experience with a proven track record of creativity, innovation, and responsibility in complex global-scale programs (e.g., multi-country, language, brand).
