We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive leadership for Electronic Arts. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring executives are organized, prepared, and operating efficiently.
This person will work onsite in our Burnaby studio 3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Own and manage complex executive calendars with a thoughtful approach—balancing priorities, protecting focus time, and preventing overload.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups (minutes and action items).
- Organize leadership and franchise/team meetings, including presentation preparation and technical setup.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and logistics.
- Handle expense reporting and reconciliation, tracking reimbursements, credits, and refunds through to completion.
- Support event planning and execution for leadership and team activities.
- Perform general administrative duties, including facilities and IT requests, and purchase requisitions.
- Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc support as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to think several steps ahead.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Skilled in calendar management with a strategic, thoughtful approach to scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$92,900 - $129,200 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
