Identify barriers to employment and assist clients with such matters as job readiness skills, job search strategies, writing résumés and preparing for job interviews. Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings, entry and skill requirements and other occupational information. Identify additional/alternative services and provide referrals. Liaise with community agencies or partners, and identify additional or alternative services and provide referrals. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word. Area of work experience: Community service organization. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle.
