EY’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice is growing rapidly and sits within our Finance Performance Improvement consulting services. We work with clients across industries to help finance leaders transform their organizations through strategic planning, performance management, and technology enablement.

Our team leverages a wide range of leading EPM platforms, including:
- Acterys
- Anaplan
- Board
- Microsoft Business Performance Planning
- OneStream
- Oracle EPM
- SAP SAC and Group Reporting
- Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operating models, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective FP&A process designs and financial models, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants to support the technical design and build of EPM solutions, ensuring functional requirements are met.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of all functional aspects of EPM implementations.
- Lead testing efforts for EPM solutions, working with technical teams to validate that systems are configured correctly and meet business needs.
- Provide functional support throughout the implementation process, including system setup, documentation, and user training.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Learn and grow within a dynamic team focused on financial performance technologies.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong understanding of EPM platforms and financial planning processes (e.g., FP&A, HR planning, CapEx).
- Ability to surface business requirements and help technical consultants define technical solutions.
- Experience with functional aspects of data modeling, scripting, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with EPM platforms and or AI (machine learning, generative AI, etc).
- Familiarity with planning processes such as G&A Planning, HR Planning, Capital Expense Planning, and Project Planning.
- Exposure to pre-sales activities, including solution demos and proposal development.
