Job Description
The Manager of Data Integrity and eCatalogue plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of product data. You will be responsible for overseeing data quality standards, implementing governance policies, and managing validation processes to ensure flawless product information. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will establish and enforce best practices in data integrity while identifying and resolving discrepancies. You will also lead initiatives to optimize data management systems and train your team on rigorous integrity protocols.
Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Digital and Product teams to lead the eCatalogue Steering Committee and define the roadmap as well as the execution strategy.

Manage and monitor all phases of the strategy in partnership with the business and IT teams.

Design, together with suppliers, an optimized method for receiving updates and content, promoting automation and reducing manual intervention.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with UAP policies and procedures.

Develop and implement data governance policies and guidelines that ensure integrity across the product department.

Provide inspiring leadership, offer clear guidance, and maintain effective communication with the team.
Qualifications
To join our team, you must:

Hold a degree in Archives and Records Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field encompassing similar disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Have experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry; a good knowledge of automotive operating systems (asset).

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English, orally and in writing. In this role you will regularly collaborate with internal clients across Canada.
