Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Cust. Serv. Rep II (Bilingual - French), where your proficiency in both English and French will enhance customer experiences and drive satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and supportive environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Primary Duties
- Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively, ensuring a full understanding of their needs.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both French and English to bridge any gaps in understanding.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently, contributing to a streamlined customer service process.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to remain updated on product offerings and customer service strategies.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and maintain a positive company image at all times.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Proficient in the use of technology and customer management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being resourceful independently.
Education / Experience
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in customer service or bilingual communication being advantageous. Previous experience in a similar customer service position is strongly preferred
Pay for this role is $22.97 - 28.77 CAD based on experience.
