About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a generalist capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, can wear multiple hats, and has hands-on experience in blog writing, graphic design, email marketing, and SEO. You will play a critical role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
    • Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts and website content aligned with our brand voice and SEO strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams or subject matter experts to create compelling content.
  • Graphic Design
    • Design on-brand graphics for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and digital ads.
    • Create and maintain visual assets for use across various platforms (e.g., infographics, banners, thumbnails).
  • Email Marketing
    • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promos, nurture series).
    • Segment audiences, A/B test campaigns, and analyze performance to optimize results.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Conduct keyword research, optimize website and blog content, and implement on-page SEO best practices.
    • Monitor site performance and recommend improvements based on SEO tools and analytics.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist with social media scheduling, digital advertising, and campaign reporting.

    • Support cross-functional marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with a generalist skill set.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
